If I'm prompted to update the plugins on my dashboard, do I need to do that?

If you are hosting with CounselingWise, no, we will take care of all Wordpress, theme, and plugin updates for you. If you are hosting with a third-party service, yes you will need to update your plugins to assure that your site is running at its fullest capacity. Please note that updates can cause certain features to "break" on your site. If you have trouble after an update, please submit a ticket to talk to our support team.
